Hello, Thank-you for your interest in the paintings I create.

I apologize in advance for the rudimentary nature of this website. It does however convey the images in an easily accessable manner. I do hope that you enjoy the artwork, and may make comment. All images are copyrighted, and may not be reproduced in any way, and may only be viewed here.

I figured that this was the way that most people bought paintings from me. Although I may have done better, it is still an adequite representation of my usual venue. It is nice that I have also painted in some of the paintings that were sold. This image is  from a long time ago, yet painted in March, 2010. I hope it jogs your memory. This picture is 7" * 10.25" and has not been sold.

During this time while I sold many hundreds of these small type paintings, I unfortunately did not keep any record of such. Thus my hope is that this website may provide a place for the proud owners of those paintings to come together and display their purchases for all to see. If you believe you own a painting by Jason Gardiner you should make a digital image and send it to: canadian.artist.jason.gardiner@hotmail.com

Here is a self -portrait painted in November 2006. It is a decent picture that I like. I guess the background is something of what I was thinking of, then. Well I`ll leave it up to you to decide.  This painting is 12" * 18" watercolour on paper

Portrait comissions are welcomed. If there is a photograph that you would like rendered artistically, or if it is possible to arrange a live sitting, be pleased to write of your interest.

It has also become apparent that none of the images are of such quality as the originals. For some distortions of the painting in both dimention and colour has occured, which was the inevitable result of digitizing them. This is unfortunate as these images cannot truly provide the effects of the watercolours. Perhaps one day all the pictures could be brought together as they are here, and be viewed in their truest glories.

A sort of self portrait... Watercolour on paper, April 2014, 18" * 24"

I guess what goes around comes around, so i shouldn't be so happy holding this fish up like that? But it was just such a beautiful day as i paddled around the secluded lake enjoying peaceful solitude. !@" * 16" watercolour on paper.
